These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SatelliteRadio’s websites, mobile applications, audio services, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by SatelliteRadio Radio LLC (“SatelliteRadio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or subscribe to the Services.

SatelliteRadio provides:
Satellite and streaming audio services
Music, talk, sports, news, and podcast content
Specialty services (e.g., traffic, weather, aviation or marine services, where applicable)
Live, virtual, and digital events
Online merchandise stores and promotional offerings
Certain Services may require a paid subscription and may be subject to additional terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled.
Prices, taxes, fees, and billing cycles may vary by plan and location.
You authorize SatelliteRadio (and its payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated.
SatelliteRadio reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
Free trials or promotional offers may be offered at SatelliteRadio’s discretion.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Limit one free trial per user unless otherwise specified.
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services or content
Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
Circumvent access restrictions or security features
SatelliteRadio reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
All content, trademarks, logos, audio, software, and designs are owned by or licensed to SatelliteRadio.
The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only, unless expressly authorized.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
If you submit content (e.g., feedback, reviews, messages):
You grant SatelliteRadio a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., app stores, smart devices, payment providers).
SatelliteRadio is not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk.
SatelliteRadio may suspend or terminate your access:
For violation of these Terms
For non-payment
For suspected fraud or misuse
At any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
SatelliteRadio makes no warranties regarding:
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Accuracy or availability of content
Compatibility with devices or networks
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SatelliteRadio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
SatelliteRadio’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the prior 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SatelliteRadio, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless otherwise required by law.
