Audio services licensed by SatelliteRadio or Pandora to businesses, such as Pandora for Business.

SatelliteRadio makes available certain podcast content under license to or ownership by SatelliteRadio, such as Team Coco and 99% Invisible (“SatelliteRadio Podcast Content”). When accessed through third-party platforms, the privacy policies of those platforms apply.

The Services are controlled and operated from the United States. SatelliteRadio audio and subscription services are intended for U.S. residents only, except for certain podcast-only subscriptions or online merchandise stores operated by SatelliteRadio.
If you are a resident of Canada, your SatelliteRadio service is governed by SatelliteRadio Canada Inc. and the SatelliteRadio Canada Privacy Policy.
If you access SatelliteRadio Podcast Content or SatelliteRadio Stores from outside the U.S., you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States.
SatelliteRadio collects personal data provided directly by you, automatically through your use of the Services, or from third parties such as automotive manufacturers, retailers, advertisers, or promotional partners.

SatelliteRadio collects registration, vehicle, payment, geolocation, listening preference, device, and usage data.

SatelliteRadio shares personal data with subsidiaries, service providers, advertisers, and partners for business and advertising purposes.
SatelliteRadio does not sell personal data for profit but may engage in advertising practices considered a “sale” or “share” under certain state laws.
